Domestic Shipping
For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within a maximum of 7-10 working days or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier company/post office norms. Shree Das Burfi Wala is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within a maximum of 7-10 working days from the date of order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be made to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card information unless otherwise specified at the time of the order. Shree Das Burfi Wala is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
International Shipping
Free shipping is not applicable for international orders.

Orders are shipped within 7-15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier company/post office norms. Shree Das Burfi Wala is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7-15 working days from the date of order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. International shipping charges may vary at any time without prior notice. Any disputes related to customs clearance are not the responsibility of Shree Das Burfi Wala. The company is not liable for any disputes or delays caused by customs authorities.
Grievance Cell
- All product and shipping-related concerns will be entertained within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
- A picture of the concern is mandatory.

CANCELLATION, RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND TITLE
Shree Das Burfi Wala does not take title to returned items. Any case of refund or cancellation is at the sole discretion of Shree Das Burfi Wala. In the case of a refund, store credit or a coupon code will be provided for the refund amount. Once an order is processed for dispatch, cancellation is not allowed.
If the courier is returned in a good state when the shipment is received, a refund will be initiated after deducting shipping charges and return shipment charges.
