Refund and Returns Policy

At Shree Das Barfiwala, we value your satisfaction and are committed to providing high-quality sweets and snacks. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

Return Eligibility

  • Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

As our products are fresh and perishable, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Food products (sweets, snacks, etc.)
  • Beverages and other perishable goods
  • Gift cards or downloadable products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable goods.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return. The value of your return will be credited to your account in the form of a gift certificate once the item is received.

Shipping Returns

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
